Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, consolidation, transloading, and outbound shipment processing to ensure timely and accurate freight movement.
• Lead, schedule, and develop a team of warehouse associates, providing coaching, performance feedback, and hands-on support to maintain productivity and safety standards.
• Coordinate with air and ocean freight teams to align warehouse activities with inbound and outbound shipment timelines, including AOG and project cargo priorities.
• Ensure compliance with K-9, X-ray, and ETD screening protocols as well as all CBP, TSA, and company regulatory requirements.
• Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, system updates, and proper documentation of pick-and-pack, PO processing, fulfillment, and re-labeling operations.
• Monitor and maintain facility conditions, equipment, and safety procedures in accordance with OSHA standards and internal policies.
• Utilize warehouse management systems and tracking technology to report on KPIs, identify operational bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
