Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with assigned strategic accounts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and issue resolution
• Identify opportunities to expand services, increase revenue, and strengthen partnerships
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, pricing, and sales teams to ensure service delivery
• Monitor account performance, KPIs, and service levels; provide regular reporting and insights
• Lead business reviews and present recommendations to clients
• Support contract renewals, negotiations, and implementation of new services
• Stay informed on industry trends and customer needs to deliver value-added solutions
• 3–7+ years of experience in account management, logistics, or supply chain services
• Strong relationship-management and communication skills
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
• Proven track record of growing accounts or supporting revenue expansion
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
