Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination and execution of LTL shipments
• Enter and maintain shipment data in transportation management systems
• Support dispatch and operations teams with daily load tracking and updates
• Communicate with carriers regarding pickups, deliveries, and exceptions
• Verify shipment details including weight, class, accessorials, and delivery requirements
• Assist with freight documentation, PODs, and billing-related support
• Monitor shipment status and escalate issues as needed
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and transportation regulations

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain (LTL experience a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation systems
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Customer-service mindset with a proactive approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with LTL carriers, pricing structures, and freight classifications
• Experience working with TMS platforms
• Exposure to customer-facing transportation roles
