Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• A-Z processes for both LCL and FCL exports (including AES filing)
• Ability to handle high file counts will low error rate
• Ability to correspond with overseas agents, clients, and local trucking vendors
• Quoting knowledge for local freight pickups.
• Knowledge of INCOterms and how it pertains to billing out freight
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Cargowise system knowledge is preferred but not required.

This position is a direct hire, permanent position with benefits.
