Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and secure new business for international air and ocean freight services
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of international shipping accounts
  • Identify customer pain points and design customized global logistics solutions
  • Collaborate with operations, pricing, and overseas partners to ensure seamless execution
  • Prepare and present pricing proposals and service recommendations
  • Monitor market conditions, trade lane trends, and regulatory considerations
  • Meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of international freight forwarding or global logistics sales experience
  • Strong understanding of air and ocean freight, Incoterms, and international trade practices
  • Proven ability to hunt, negotiate, and close new business
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
