Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage stormwater projects from concept design through to implementation, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
· Conduct feasibility studies, hydrologic and hydraulic modelling, and water quality assessments.
· Prepare and review stormwater management plans, reports, and technical specifications.
· Collaborate with clients, government agencies, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
· Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in stormwater management.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental Engineering (or equivalent).
· Extensive experience in stormwater engineering, including the design and implementation of stormwater management systems.
· Strong knowledge of hydrologic and hydraulic modelling software.
· Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and guidelines.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
· Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status is highly desirable, although support to attain this status will be provided if not already chartered.
