This $800M technical fitout is one of the largest and most complex builds underway, and it's tracking ahead of schedule.

The builder is privately owned and delivery-focused, known for producing high-quality work across data centres, healthcare and education. They've built a reputation for reliability, structure and consistency, and they're quickly becoming one of the most respected names in the sector.

They are different to a T1's culture. The environment is calm, well-run, and led by people who back their teams and keep egos out of the picture. You'll have the systems, support and resources to deliver without the weekend stress or late-night chaos. Dare I say it's fun at times, thanks to extras like a golf simulator, food trucks, and a team of people who genuinely enjoy working together.

In this role, you'll report to a Senior Project Engineer and be a part of a team of engineers all focusing on different stages and elements of this services package.

You'll also work closely with consultants, clients and site teams to maintain programme accuracy, monitor risks and support reporting. This is a genuine opportunity to build capability and progress toward a Senior Project Engineer when the time is right. And with the amount of work they have in the pipeline, that opportunity is very real.

To be successful, you'll need experience on large, services-driven builds like data centres, hospitals, labs or other complex projects. Those with backgrounds in electrical contracting, mechanical services, or commissioning will be well-suited for this role. Head contractor experience is advantageous. Australian Citizenship is required.

Salary is up to $185k, including super.
