You’ve been tested on fast jobs where services drive the pace, and the pressure’s real. You’ve handled complex packages, held your own with sharp operators and kept the commercial side steady when everything else was moving.

This role is part of a significant $800 million data centre project in Melbourne’s west. You’ll be on-site with the team throughout the services and fit-out phase. The client’s involved, the days move quickly, and the technical scope will keep you thinking.

The commercial team is strong, but needs someone who has pushed through tough builds, stays calm when the pressure mounts, and brings stability when the program tightens. If you’ve worked on hospitals, data centres or other services-heavy projects, you’ll step in without missing a beat.

This is a mid-level role reporting to a senior CA and PM. It’s a step up in scale and complexity, and the kind of project that accelerates your development. Many people here have advanced to senior roles by consistently delivering and being dependable when it matters.

The director still maintains a personal touch and is present on-site. Communication is clear, social catch-ups are regular, and there’s genuine flexibility around life commitments backed by a progressive well-being approach.

You’ll need experience delivering large head contract projects and a background that demonstrates your ability to manage complex service packages, drive procurement, and maintain commercial control under pressure. A degree or diploma in Construction Management is preferred, but strong practical experience will also be considered. Due to the nature of the work, you will need Australian Citizenship to gain access to the sites.

Salary package up to $200k, including super.
