R & R’s work includes earthwork, underground utilities, grading, drainage, roads, and complete site development.

Sitework Estimator Responsibilities:
- Own assigned bids from plan review and quantity takeoff through final pricing, submission, contract scope review, and turnover to operations
- Prepare estimates for earthwork, excavation, grading, storm and sanitary sewer, water mains, paving, concrete, and related sitework.
- Review specifications, and geotechnical reports to determine quantities, requirements, constructability, and project risks.
- Develop realistic crew, equipment, trucking, material, and production assumptions.
- Evaluate construction means and methods, sequencing, site logistics, and project risks.
- Solicit, analyze, and negotiate vendor, supplier, and subcontractor pricing, including vendor buyouts.
- Work closely with leadership to validate production assumptions, equipment needs, pricing, and project strategy.
- Present estimates and recommendations to leadership and participate in client discussions and negotiations.
- Use B2W Estimate (Bid2Win) and Excel to prepare estimates and maintain accurate pricing information.
- Manage and oversee third-party estimating services to support estimating workload and operational needs.
Sitework Estimator Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience estimating direct sitework, excavation and underground utilities.
- Experience with residential subdivisions, apartments, warehouses, or comparable commercial developments.
- Strong knowledge of earthwork, grading, underground utilities, paving, crew production, equipment costs and hauling logistics.
- Proficiency in B2W (estimating software or similar) and Trimble ecosystem.
- Strong Excel skills
