HoverTech International, a medical device company established in 1997 and a leader in Safe Patient Handling and Movement is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team in Allentown.

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for accurate receipt, storage, picking, packing, and shipment of medical device products.


The ideal candidate has experience working in a warehouse environment utilizing ERP and warehouse management systems including handheld scanners, and is outgoing, enjoys physical work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:

  • Pick customer orders using RF-SMART handheld scanners and established warehouse procedures.
  • Pack products in accordance with company standards to ensure safe and compliant shipment.
  • Verify product quantities, lot numbers, and shipment documentation prior to shipment.
  • Process shipments through approved carrier systems, including UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight carriers.
  • Maintain compliance with company quality and regulatory requirements related to medical device distribution.
  • Receive incoming products and materials and verify quantities against purchase orders and packing slips.
  • Put away inventory in designated warehouse locations and monitor inventory levels.
  • Perform inventory transactions utilizing NetSuite ERP and RF-SMART scanning technology.
  • Assist with warehouse organization, storage optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers.
  • Conduct routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report maintenance concerns.

 

Warehouse Associate Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds as needed
  • Strong organizational skills, time management and communication skills
  • 1 year forklift experience
  • Experience with Warehouse Management (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems preferred
