We’re seeking an experienced consultant with deep strategy and financial expertise who’s passionate about the unique dynamics of family enterprise. In this role, you’ll guide owners and leadership teams in making critical strategic, governance, and financial decisions that position their companies — and families — for lasting growth.

What You’ll Do

• Advise family business leaders on strategy development, financial performance, and succession planning.
• Facilitate workshops and structured planning sessions with leadership teams, boards, and ownership groups.
• Analyze financial statements, build models, and develop scenarios to improve profitability, cash flow, and business valuation.
• Lead client engagements with a balance of strategic insight, financial rigor, and relationship-building.
• Provide thought leadership on governance, transition, and capital allocation for privately held businesses.



What You Bring

• 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or executive leadership.
• Strong financial acumen — able to interpret financials, model scenarios, and advise on profitability and growth strategies.
• Proven ability to facilitate conversations with owners, boards, and C-suite leaders — especially around complex or sensitive decisions.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
