HoverTech International, a medical device company, established in 1997 is seeking an onsite Customer Service Manager to join their team. This is a well-rounded, Customer Service Manager opportunity and is not a call center or retail customer service environment. 


The Customer Service Manager will lead and maintain a high-performing customer service department of eight team members. In this role the Customer Service Manager will ensure operational excellence, team cohesion, and alignment with business objectives, while fostering a positive customer-centric culture.


The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, is tech savvy and has a customer-centric mindset!

The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading day to day operations
  • Performance monitoring and reporting
  • Training and development
  • Workflow optimization
  • Team Engagement
  • Customer interaction management
  • Managing and optimizing customer service tools including CRM and NetSuite usage as well as training team on systems 

 

Customer Service Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree preferred-not required
  • 3+ yrs. experience managing a customer service team of 5 employees or larger and has been responsible for setting and managing KPI’s.
  • 3+ yrs. Salesforce/similar CRM experience 
  • 3+ yrs. NetSuite/similar ERP systems
  • Experience processing purchase orders and creating quotes in an ERP or similar software.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Must be able to lift 25 pounds- (HoverTech International is a true team and when shipments arrive the entire company, regardless of level, assists with unloading containers.)
