About the Role

We’re partnering directly with leadership to hire a Workers’ Compensation Claims Supervisor who will lead a team of claims professionals while ensuring high-quality claim handling, compliance, and client satisfaction.


This is a hybrid position offering a mix of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. The role requires strong leadership, technical claims expertise, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and supervise Claims Examiners, Assistants, and support staff

Monitor team performance, attendance, and provide coaching, evaluations, and corrective actions

Review and approve reserves, payments, and claim decisions in alignment with company and client guidelines

Conduct file reviews to ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards

Manage claim diaries and ensure timely follow-ups

Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits

Analyze client reports and provide insights and recommendations

Handle escalated claimant and vendor issues

Lead training sessions on updated regulations, policies, and best practices

Attend client meetings and maintain strong client relationships


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of Workers’ Compensation claims experience (supervisory experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of workers’ compensation laws and regulations
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams
  • Experience managing caseloads, deadlines, and compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Required certifications/licenses per state regulations
