Lead Carpenter - Residential Renovations

They're searching for a skilled Lead Carpenter to supervise crews, manage projects, and ensure exceptional client experiences.

Here's what makes you a great fit:

  • Leadership: You possess a minimum of 5 years experience supervising and developing crew members on residential renovation sites.
  • Expertise: You're a highly skilled Lead Carpenter with a Red Seal Carpenter accreditation (or exceptional work experience may be considered).
  • Project Management: You excel at planning, prioritizing, and problem-solving to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Communication: You provide clear direction to your team and effectively collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Safety: You demonstrate strong leadership in health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe work environment for everyone.
  • Teamwork: You're a team player who fosters a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Continuous Learning: You're passionate about staying current with industry trends and best practices.

Within this role, you'll:

  • Lead and supervise carpentry crews, optimizing their skills to deliver exceptional results.
  • Ensure projects are built to exact specifications, exceeding client expectations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and manage project logistics.
  • Identify

and manage risks to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Maintain

a clean, organized, and professional worksite.

to a positive and healthy work environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $33 - $36 per hour
  • Comprehensive benefits package including vacation pay, statutory holidays, medical benefits, RRSP matching, a company truck and cell phone.
