Assistant General Manager – Full Service Restaurant

$65K–$70K + bonus + benefits

This role is for someone who likes being in the middle of service—not watching it from the sidelines.

We’re hiring an Assistant General Manager for a busy, full-service restaurant that already has the systems, team, and volume in place. You’ll work directly with the GM to keep operations running smoothly and hold the team to a consistent standard.

What the job looks like

• Running shifts and leading from the floor
• Coaching the team during service, not after
• Supporting scheduling, labor, and daily execution
• Keeping food, service, and cleanliness consistent
• Jumping in wherever needed to keep things moving

• Someone comfortable in a high-volume environment
• A leader who can hold standards without losing the team
• Strong awareness of labor, costs, and daily operations
