The Role
As the General Manager, you are the primary driver of your location’s success. You will be responsible for balancing hands-on "on-the-floor" leadership with the strategic administrative duties required to run a profitable business.
Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence: Maintain rigorous standards for service speed, product quality, and facility cleanliness.

Talent Development: Recruit, hire, and mentor a high-energy team. You will be responsible for performance management and building a leadership pipeline.

Financial Oversight: Manage the P&L, including labor costs, inventory control, and COGS to ensure maximum profitability.

Customer Experience: Ensure every guest receives efficient, friendly, and high-quality service that encourages repeat business.

Compliance: Oversee all safety, health, and security procedures to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $57,000 – $60,000 per year (depending on experience).

Performance Bonus: $8,000 – $10,000 annual bonus potential tied to key performance indicators (KPIs).
