This role oversees the full scope of Youth Ministry at the Stoney Point Campus, from preteens to high school students, while also leading the First Impressions ministry during weekend services.

As part of a multisite church with a strong staff team, you’ll collaborate across campuses, contribute to major events and summer experiences, and play a vital role in advancing our mission: Love God. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow STP Youth Ministry (grades 5–8 & 9-12), creating engaging midweek environments including small groups, worship, teaching, and games.
  • Recruit, develop, and shepherd volunteer teams for both Youth Ministry and First Impressions.
  • Partner with the Youth Champion (main campus) and Youth Team to plan and execute major events, camps, and retreats.
  • Help integrate students into worship and serve teams alongside the Worship Pastor.
  • Build relationships with local schools, students, and families to further ministry impact.
  • Develop resources that equip parents as spiritual leaders in their homes.
  • Create regular online content to keep students and families connected.
  • Work closely with Kids Ministry to ensure a smooth transition for 4th graders entering Youth Ministry.
  • Collaborate with the Adult Discipleship team to support 12th graders as they transition into the life of the church.
  • Participate in campus-wide events and serve the broader ministries of the church.
  • Provide pastoral care as needed (funerals, weddings, counseling, coaching).



Qualifications:

  • A committed follower of Jesus with a life that reflects Christlike character.
  • Passion for Youth Ministry (required)
  • Experience working with students (preferred)
  • A Bible College degree (preferred)
  • Ability to build and multiply volunteer teams.
  • Strong communicator who connects well with students, parents, and leaders.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, able to work effectively within a multisite model.
  • Creative, organized, and able to develop engaging ministry experiences.
  • Teachability, relational intelligence, and spiritual maturity.
