What we do (and why it matters)

Our client builds AI software that makes drones autonomous and allows them to work together in swarms. Their technology has been battle-tested across 100,000+ combat missions in Ukraine—the world's most intense proving ground for drone warfare. They just closed a $15M Series A (the largest investment in Ukrainian defense tech since the war began) and we're scaling operations to serve NATO-aligned nations.

This isn't theoretical. This is software that's being used right now to save lives and defend democracy.

What you'll do

Built a US sales pipeline from the ground up. You'll be selling cutting-edge autonomous systems technology to the US government, military, drone makers, and defense contractors. They need someone who knows how to navigate government procurement, understands the defense ecosystem, and can close deals that matter.

You'll have autonomy, accountability, and the opportunity to build something significant.

What we need from you

Non-negotiables:

Hunter mentality. They need someone who finds opportunities, not someone who tends existing accounts. You get energized by starting from zero.

Proven scale. You've taken a company from $0-1M to $10M+ in revenue. Not inherited a territory at a big company — actually built something from scratch.

Government/military sales experience. You've sold to the government, military, or companies that sell to them. You know the procurement process, the timelines, the politics, the people.

US citizenship. Required. Active security clearance is a major plus.

What success looks like:

You're the kind of person who picks up the phone. You build relationships that last. You understand that selling to defense is part patience, part persistence, and part knowing when to push. You're comfortable with long sales cycles, but you move with urgency anyway.

You don't need your hand held, and you don't need permission to do your job.

Why this matters (and why you should care)

Ukraine is deploying 5 million drones in 2025 alone. The US and NATO are paying attention. The future of defense isn't more pilots—it's smarter software. We're not selling PowerPoints; we're selling proven technology that's been refined under the most demanding conditions imaginable.

Our team is direct, moves fast, and doesn't waste time on performative nonsense. If you want a company with seven layers of approval and endless consensus-building, this isn't it. If you want to do the most important work of your career with people who say what they mean and execute, let's talk.
