PV&V Engineer
Horicon, WI – Full Time
Productive Resources (www.productiveresources.com) is seeking a candidate to be part of our engineering team for our customer's facility in Horicon, WI. As a member of our team, the selected candidate will perform basic product design, testing and/or analysis work for a defined portion of a project. Operate in a team environment, provide input to design solutions and participate in design reviews. Develop recommendations within established guidelines; work and decisions are reviewed by supervisors before implementation.
This is a full-time position that is indefinite in duration with the opportunity of professional growth, and additional opportunities within our organization.
Duties:
- Develop and execute test and/or analysis plans for product verification and validation.
- Plan and coordinate test and analysis work for projects varying in complexity from single components to complete development programs of broad scope.
- Aid in establishing short- and long-term objectives, goals, and priorities.
- Operate in a team environment within PV&V (Product Verification and Validation) and the Engineering design community.
- Analyze complex data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
- Communicate within a cross functional team across multiple sites to drive results.
- Lead and execute vehicle tests.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically to support field or external laboratory testing.
Requirements:
- 4-year engineering or technology degree.
- Possess a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Possess strong communication and organizational skills.
- Possesses strong MS Office skills.
