Assembly Manufacturing Engineer 

Horicon, WI – Full Time

 

Productive Resources (www.productiveresources.com) is seeking a candidate to be part of our engineering team at our customer's facility in Horicon, WI. As a member of our team, the selected candidate will operate in a team environment within either the enterprise product delivery process or the enterprise order fulfillment process. At this level, projects are of limited scope and responsibility; work plans and decisions are made within established guidelines and may be reviewed by supervisors and/or managers. May assign coordinate and review portions of the work for support personnel and contractors.

 

This is a full-time position that is indefinite in duration with the opportunity of professional growth, and additional opportunities within our organization.


Duties:

  • Problem solving and trouble shooting.
  • Direct line support for production employees and communicating project progress to management.
  • Continuous improvement, support current production needs via project implementation, running changes, product design, quality and safety support.
  • Assembly processes and Torque tooling.


Requirements:

  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Factory assembly experience and use of Torque tools.
  • Will look at new grads with relevant internship experience.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft office suite
