Sales & Operations Manager
A respected German manufacturer is expanding into the United States — and we’re looking for a hands-on Sales & Operations Manager to lead the charge.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to build and scale the U.S. commercial presence, develop the distributor network, and drive revenue growth while partnering closely with European headquarters.
What You’ll Do
• Lead U.S. market entry and sales growth strategy
• Build and manage a high-performing distributor network
• Drive complex technical sales in industrial markets
• Establish scalable sales processes and reporting
• Represent the company at key industry events
What We’re Looking For
• 10+ years in technical sales (industrial equipment/capital goods)
• Experience working with distributors and channel partners
• Proven builder mentality in a growth or market-entry environment
• Engineering background strongly preferred
• Willingness to travel within the U.S.
