Regional Sales Manager - West Coast
We are hiring a driven, technically sharp Regional Sales Manager to own and grow an assigned U.S. territory. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts while actively developing new business — partnering closely with the Inside Sales team to deliver consistent results. This role demands someone who is self-directed, relationship-focused, and fluent in complex technical products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to meet revenue targets and grow market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts; deliver solutions tailored to customer needs
• Prospect, present, and close new business opportunities across the territory
• Partner with the Inside Sales team to coordinate seamlessly on active and new projects
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts — report regularly to the VP
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback; surface insights to senior leadership
• Develop deep knowledge of Neugart’s product line and communicate value clearly to customers and prospects
• Travel within the territory for customer meetings, trade shows, and business development (up to 70%)
QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of proven sales experience managing and growing a territory
• Background in industrial or manufacturing sales strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred
• Strong technical aptitude — able to learn, understand, and sell complex products
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficient with CRM platforms and MS Office
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle required
