Responsibilities:

The Revenue Cycle Specialist – Medicare/CMS will manage Medicare/CMS billing and collections onsite at our Honolulu infusion center. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work closely with clinical and administrative teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Submit and process claims for infusion services
• Resolve claim denials and manage appeals
• Post payments and reconcile patient accounts
• Provide in-person support for patient billing inquiries
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and CMS regulations

Qualifications/Skills:

Non-Negotiable:

• 2+ years in medical billing and collections
• Familiarity with infusion therapy billing preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Education Requirements:

• Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
• Acceptable Alternative: Equivalent work experience (2+ years) in medical billing and A/R
