This is hands-on, fast-moving, high-impact engineering that lets you own the full process and see results every day. You’ll spend your time programming PLCs, tuning servo motors, integrating robots, solving real-time challenges, and walking out to the shop floor to see your work in motion.
Your work begins where ideas meet motion. As a Control Systems Engineer, you’ll be at the center of building custom automated systems—from the wiring diagram to the HMI screen to the robot arm swinging into action.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience with PLC programming (any major platform)
- Familiarity with HMI/SCADA systems and CAD for schematics
- Strong understanding of automation, control theory, and machine safety
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt quickly on the floor
- Hands-on experience with servo systems and robot integration
- Clear communicator and a collaborative teammate
What You’ll Do
- Program PLCs and HMIs to control complex machine behavior
- Support system builds—troubleshooting, updating designs, and refining controls
- Design control systems and create detailed wiring and logic diagrams
- Integrate robotics, servo amplifiers, sensors, and motion control
- Document systems clearly and train teams on their operation
- Run validation testing and resolve performance issues
What Sets This Role Apart
-
Opportunities to innovate – improve performance, safety, and uptime
-
Diverse technology exposure – PLCs, robots, HMIs, servo drives, pneumatics
-
Full project ownership – from control design to commissioning
-
Cross-functional collaboration – partner with electrical, mechanical, and build teams
-
Work that moves – design and build systems, not just simulate them
If you’re the kind of control engineer who likes to build it, program it, and see it move, this is your place. Let’s build the future of automation together.
