Location: Onsite in Terre Haute, IN
Required Technical: Infrastructure monitoring, Windows Server, Linux admin, VMware vSphere (ESXi/vCenter), Veeam or backup platforms, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, virtualization, storage, networking, firewalls, switches, VPNs, monitoring platforms, patch management, incident response.
Required Skills: Infrastructure troubleshooting, production incident response, analytical thinking, documentation, communication, organization, problem-solving, prioritization, decision-making.
Preferred Technical: Pure Storage FlashArray, TrueNAS, Microsoft Azure, MS 365, PowerShell, Bash scripting, enterprise monitoring, ITSM/ticketing systems, storage replication, firmware updates.
Preferred Certifications: VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE), Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Windows Server Certification, Linux Administration Certification.

As the Tier II Specialist, you'll be the first line of defense for the company's enterprise infrastructure. You will monitor critical systems, respond to production incidents, perform scheduled maintenance, and ensure servers, networks, virtualization, and backup systems remain available.
