Advance to Controller and beyond with a growth-oriented advanced manufacturing (robotic welding) company. Come in as a Senior Accountant but work closely with the fractional CFO and have a pathway for advancing to a Controller role. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute strategically to core financial operations and cost accounting, while working closely with executive leadership during a period of significant expansion.


You will manage key accounting functions while progressively taking on and learning more, doing analysis. Make a positive impact while growing with the organization. Manufacturing accounting acumen, strong problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of cost accounting are important for this role.

What You’ll Own

  • Lead AR, AP, payroll, cash flow management, and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and review financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash forecasts)
  • Oversee cost accounting and WIP tracking alongside production
  • Monitor and optimize inventory, pricing, and margin KPIs
  • Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger with minimal supervision
  • Help manage employee time tracking and office purchasing


Who You Are

  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is strongly preferred
  • Experienced with senior accounting functions, preferably in manufacturing environments
  • Comfortable with debits/credits and working in financial systems (Odoo experience is a plus)
  • Able to wear many hats—accounting, finance, compliance, and strategic analysis
  • Interested in building something that scales, not just maintaining what exists
