What You’ll Do
- Conduct speech and language assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver engaging, child-centered therapy sessions
- Coach families and train staff on communication strategies
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, behavior analysts, and other clinicians
- Help build a positive, inclusive environment that supports every child’s potential
What You’ll Need
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- State licensure + ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
- A passion for helping children grow
- Strong collaboration, communication, and mentorship skills
