As a Welding Engineer, you’ll be the technical bridge between innovation and application—helping customers unlock the full potential of collaborative robotic welding systems. Your work will go beyond programming or production; you’ll be the go-to expert customers trust to bring automation to life.

This is a full-time, onsite role with a growing organization in Indianapolis, IN that requires travel annually.

What You’ll Do
- Support customers with hands-on technical expertise—both remotely and on-site.
- Conduct welding demos and develop robotic welding processes for real-world applications.
- Document, refine, and share best practices through training, manuals, and videos.
- Partner with sales to validate applications and ensure seamless integration.
- Relay customer insights to engineering and product development for continuous improvement.
- Attend trade shows, showcasing advanced robotic welding technology.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong understanding of manual and robotic welding principles.
- Experience with cobots or industrial robotic systems (Fronius knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mindset.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel domestically for customer support and training.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification/associate degree preferred.
