Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years in Financial Administration or Accounting, including hands-on U.S. payroll processing
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Working knowledge of U.S. payroll tax compliance and reporting requirements
- Experience with accounting and payroll systems (ADP, Paychex, NetSuite, QuickBooks)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Biotech, MedTech, Clinical Research Organization (CRO), pharmaceutical, or healthcare environments
- Experience with inventory or clinical study material accounting
- Exposure to multi-state payroll
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar certification
