Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years in Financial Administration or Accounting, including hands-on U.S. payroll processing
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Working knowledge of U.S. payroll tax compliance and reporting requirements
• Experience with accounting and payroll systems (ADP, Paychex, NetSuite, QuickBooks)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Biotech, MedTech, Clinical Research Organization (CRO), pharmaceutical, or healthcare environments
• Experience with inventory or clinical study material accounting
• Exposure to multi-state payroll
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar certification
