In this role, you’ll sit at the center of the financial operations of a growing product development and manufacturing-focused organization. Your work will help ensure the company runs smoothly, from maintaining accurate financial records to collaborating with customers and vendors to keep transactions moving forward.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage day-to-day accounts receivable and accounts payable activities
  • Prepare journal entries and reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
  • Maintain accurate, well-organized financial records and assist with audits as needed
  • Communicate with customers to resolve billing questions or payment discrepancies
  • Work with vendors to address invoice issues and payment inquiries
  • Follow up on outstanding financial matters to ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and approvals
  • Support the month-end and year-end close processes


What You Bring

  • 2+ years of accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP familiarity a plus)
  • Experience using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Professional communication skills when working with customers and vendors
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo is a bonus
