Our client is seeking a Construction Site Manager who will play a vital role in bringing buildings to life and leading teams to deliver projects that shape communities across Indiana. As a Site Manager, you’ll be the one ensuring our client's construction sites run seamlessly, from setting schedules and coordinating subcontractors in the morning to leading progress meetings and solving challenges in the field by afternoon.


You’ll oversee projects from pre-construction through warranty, making sure quality, safety, and deadlines are met while keeping communication clear and teams aligned. This isn’t a desk job, it’s about leading from the field, motivating teams, and ensuring every milestone is delivered with precision and pride.


Location: Fishers, IN | Full-time, On-Site

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Flexible PTO

What You’ll Own

  • Lead full site execution: planning, scheduling, safety, and quality control
  • Build and manage project schedules, budgets, and look-ahead planning
  • Supervise field teams, subcontractors, and trades on-site
  • Oversee permitting, materials procurement, and site logistics
  • Run weekly trade partner meetings and prepare accurate progress reports
  • Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and specifications
  • Resolve delays, weather impacts, or emergencies with agility
  • Conduct project closeouts, including warranty walk-throughs and punch lists


Experience Needed

  • Typically, 8+ years of commercial construction site experience, with strong knowledge of structural and MEP-heavy systems
  • Experienced with scheduling and project management tools (MS Project required; Procore a plus)
  • A hands-on leader who communicates clearly with owners, subs, and design partners
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to solve problems on the fly
  • OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
