Job Title: VP of Operations (Additive Manufacturing, 3D Printing)

Location: Pflugerville, TX

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

Required Technical Skills: 10+ years of industrial operations experience, 3+ years in upper management, P&L responsibility, Lean Manufacturing/5S expertise, and advanced proficiency in ERP/Business software.

Preferred Technical Skills: Master’s Degree (MBA or Engineering), experience in Additive Manufacturing or 3D printing, and experience with global reporting structures (specifically US/Germany).

Your Mission

  • Strategic Leadership: Establish and communicate the operational roadmap for Business Analytics, Facilities, Production, Quality, and Safety.
  • Process Innovation: Expand manufacturing capacity in the United States to keep pace with company-wide production goals.
  • Supply Chain Resilience: Optimize the North American supply chain and procurement strategy to ensure flexibility in a maturing market.
  • Performance Excellence: Track and manage KPIs, ensuring all production sites exceed safety, cost, and delivery targets.
  • Quality Champion: Uphold world-class manufacturing standards by leading continuous improvement within the Quality Management System (QMS).


Your Talents

  • The Foundation: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business (Master’s degree preferred).
  • The Experience: You bring at least 10 years of industry experience, with a proven track record in P&L management and upper-level leadership.
  • The Expertise: You are a master of Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Management, and complex budgeting.
  • The Leadership: You excel at leading large teams through varying levels of process maturity with clear, aspirational communication.
