Compensation: $160,000 base salary (DOE) + annual bonus
Required Skills:
- Financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Strong understanding of finance, including cost accounting and capital project analysis
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent advanced certification
Preferred Skills:
- Cross-functional operational oversight (IT, Banking, Legal, Risk)
- Experience with banking relationships, borrowing base reporting, and covenant compliance
- External audit and corporate tax oversight

What You Bring
- Proven Expertise: 8–10+ years of progressive financial and accounting leadership.
- Core Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; active CPA or relevant advanced credential required.
- Mastery of Financial Mechanics: Deep proficiency in cost accounting, financial modeling, capital investment analysis, and corporate reporting.
- Broad Business Acumen: Experience or strong readiness to oversee adjacent operational functions like IT infrastructure partners, and risk/legal management.
