Recruiter Summary of Position: Cybersecurity Advisor I
Location: United States (Fully Remote)
Required Technical Skills
- 1+ years of compliance related cybersecurity consulting experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in cyber security, computer science, information technology, or related discipline.
- Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST)
- Experience with cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure), including but not limited to cloud security and configuration
- Foundational cybersecurity risk management concepts and tech documentation
- Vulnerability assessment and security posture analysis
Preferred Technical Skills
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools and exposure to penetration testing concepts
- Knowledge of cloud, network, or web application security
- Entry-level or in-progress security certifications (nice to have)

- Support customers through security and compliance assessments
- Help evaluate customer security posture using vulnerability scans and documentation reviews
- Identify security gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
