Your Role as a BCBA

  1. Create and oversee personalized, evidence-based behavior plans
  2. Lead, coach, and inspire RBTs and future BCBAs
  3. Ensure the highest standard of ethical, compassionate care
  4. Partner with families and interdisciplinary teams to drive progress


What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree and current BCBA certification
  • Strong background in assessments and treatment plans
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • A heart for helping children and families reach their full potential
