Your Role as a BCBA
- Create and oversee personalized, evidence-based behavior plans
- Lead, coach, and inspire RBTs and future BCBAs
- Ensure the highest standard of ethical, compassionate care
- Partner with families and interdisciplinary teams to drive progress
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree and current BCBA certification
- Strong background in assessments and treatment plans
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- A heart for helping children and families reach their full potential
