Compensation: Base salary + 10% bonus + benefits.

Base Salary Guidance: 2-4 years = $72,000 - $92,000 per year. 5-8 years = $90,000 - $120,000 per year. 8-10+ years = $115,000 - $145,000 per year.
Required Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, MDR, NDR, or cloud/identity security platforms
- Threat triage, incident investigation, telemetry analysis, and vulnerability management
- Clear technical documentation and root-cause analysis skills
Preferred Technical Skills:
- Detection engineering, automation scripting (Python/PowerShell), and API integrations
- Relevant security certifications (e.g., Security+, CySA+, GCIH, CISSP)

What You'll Do
- Investigate & Respond: Triage alerts across endpoint, identity, network, and cloud tools; coordinate containment and post-incident reviews.
- Remediate Vulnerabilities: Execute security assessments and work with system owners to prioritize and resolve risks.
- Optimize Detections: Refine correlation rules and automate playbooks using smart scripting to reduce manual effort.
- Lead & Support: Collaborate with peers, uphold documentation standards, and drive operational maturity.
What You'll Need
