We’re looking for a Senior Estimator who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves, think critically, and leave a mark on the skyline.

Location: Fishers, IN

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading cost estimates from concept to final docs ($1M–$75M projects)
• Reviewing subcontractor bids and supplier quotes with eagle-eyed accuracy
• Recommending cost-saving strategies and analyzing risk like a pro
• Owning the pre-bid process and coordinating with project teams
• Mentoring junior estimators and being the go-to resource
• Negotiating with subs/vendors and building strong industry connections
• Staying sharp on construction trends, tools, and tech

You’re Our Person If You Have:

• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or something similar
• 3-5 years of estimating experience on large-scale commercial builds
• Familiarity with estimating software like Destini, Bluebeam, Procore, BuildingConnected
• Solid tech skills (MS Project, Excel, Google Suite, etc.)
• Confidence reading drawings, managing budgets, and juggling deadlines
• Leadership experience + a passion for mentoring others
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check
