Job Title: Security Operations Manager / Lead
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (On-site Monday - Thursday; remote Fridays)
Note: Open to candidates with a range of different experience levels. This is for two different positions (DOE).
Compensation: Security Operations Managers ($140k - $160k base salary + 12.5% bonus), Security Operations Leads ($90k - $120k + 10% bonus), Senior SOC Analyst (Under $90k + 10% bonus)
Travel: Typically 0%, but up to 20% depending on business needs
Required Technical Skills:
- 5–10+ years in SOC operations or Incident Response (SIEM/SOAR, EDR, MDR, email security)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Security ecosystem (Sentinel, Defender, Entra ID, Purview, Intune)
- Incident response leadership and security automation (Python, JSON, YARA)
Preferred Technical Skills:
- MSSP environment experience and client onboarding
- Exposure to frameworks: SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, HIPAA/HITRUST
- Multi-cloud security exposure (AWS, GCP, Okta, Duo)
- Active industry certification: CISSP, GSOM, GCIH, CISM, or OSCP

Information Security Operations Manager / Lead
As our Information Security Operations Manager or Lead, you will serve as the strategic defender of our digital environment. You’ll lead hands-on incident response, drive modern SIEM/SOAR automation, and mentor top security talent. How You Will Drive Success
- Lead Response & Operations: Coordinate incident response, resolve complex threats, and manage escalations.
- Automate & Standardize: Build repeatable SOC processes and leverage automation (SOAR, Python) to streamline defense.
- Develop Talent: (Manager Level) Mentor analysts, establish key metrics, and temporarily step in for leadership as needed.
- Collaborate & Align: Work across infrastructure teams, external vendors, and clients to promote a secure culture.
What You Bring
- Experience: 5–10+ years in SOC or Incident Response (5+ for Lead; 7–10+ for Manager).
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, GCIH, GSOM, or OSCP required.
- Technical Mastery: Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, SOAR, and the Microsoft security ecosystem.
- Presence: On-site Monday–Thursday and remote on Fridays (up to 20% travel).
