What You’ll Lead & Support
Content + Social Media
- Create and curate engaging social content that aligns with brand voice and platform best practices.
- Support layout/design work, video editing, and presentation creation.
- Develop and promote customer testimonials and case studies.
- Draft targeted outreach emails for media and industry publications.
Case Studies + Events
- Coordinate end-of-end case study production—from identifying customers to organizing recording logistics.
- Support event planning and execution, including promo plans, social posts, email campaigns, and press coordination.
- Maintain visibility into industry events and media opportunities.
- Track editorial calendars and pitch relevant stories.
Outreach + Coordination
- Support outreach to media, community leaders, influencers, and industry partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
- Organize weekly marketing activities and assist with general administrative tasks.
- Monitor and track company metrics and measure campaign activities.
Video + Tech
- Produce video-first technical content: product demos, how-to, trade-show recaps, customer-case videos, and short social clips.
- Convert technical source material into scripts, storyboards, and finished videos that explain how products work.
- Shoot basic on-site footage in manufacturing/shop environments and repurpose video into social clips.
- Edit end-to-end: assemble footage, close-ups to clarify technical points, create thumbnails, and caption files.

What You Bring
- 3+ years of marketing, communications, social media experience, and multimedia content.
- Experience managing social platforms, video editing, designing tools, and creating short-form content.
- Strong writing and organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines across multiple projects.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities while providing event support.
