What You’ll Do

• Conduct speech and language assessments, including OASIS evaluations.
• Create and adapt individualized therapy plans in consultation with physicians.
• Deliver treatment in patients’ homes while educating families and caregivers.
• Document progress, communicate with the care team, and adjust care as needed.

What You Bring

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active state license (CCC-SLP preferred).
• At least 1 year of clinical experience (home health experience a plus).
• Current CPR certification (in-person).
• A patient-first mindset and strong communication skills.
