What You’ll Do
- Design and execute sales strategies that grow census across home health and hospice programs.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with providers, case managers, payors, and healthcare networks.
- Inspire and lead a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed KPIs and company goals.
- Partner with clinical and operational leaders to align community needs with services.
- Analyze market trends and referral patterns to identify and capture new opportunities.
What You Bring
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach, recruit, and energize sales teams.
- A proven track record in healthcare sales (home health and hospice is strongly preferred).
- Knowledge of hospital systems, referral pathways, and insurance processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic mindset backed by strong business acumen and a data-driven approach.
- Knowledge of new acquisitions and M&A integrations is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
