This is a high-impact, field-based sales role focused on direct sales of simulation products that support critical healthcare and first responder training across a range of environments. This role offers the opportunity to join a growing direct sales team at a global healthcare simulation company known for its long-standing presence in the market and commitment to enhancing training outcomes for medical professionals, EMS, fire departments, and educators.
Reporting to the Global Director of Sales, the Account Executive will play a key role in driving revenue, managing accounts, and expanding the company’s reach in advanced simulation products. With over 80% of the company’s business historically international, the U.S. market represents a major growth opportunity, and this role will be central to that expansion.

Base Compensation: ~$70,000
First Year Compensation at Plan (OTE): ~$120,000
Travel: Up to 70%
Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years in a related sales role
Degree: Bachelor’s preferred; medical or clinical training a plus
Location: Any major U.S. city; must be located near a major airport
Hybrid or Remote Possible? Yes – Field-based, remote with travel
Travel %: 70%+
Other: Bonus per product sold; performance-based incentives
