The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the development, execution, and optimization of integrated digital strategies that amplify brand presence, support product adoption, and engage key audiences including surgeons, healthcare professionals, and strategic partners. This role requires a strategic, hands-on marketer who excels at blending creative content development with data-driven decision-making. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in positioning our client's technology and education programs across multiple digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns supporting product launches, brand awareness, lead generation, and surgeon education initiatives.
- Lead content marketing initiatives including blogs, email newsletters, white papers, video content, and case studies — ensuring alignment with clinical accuracy, brand messaging, and regulatory guidelines.
- Oversee the company’s website strategy, content updates, and SEO/SEM optimization to improve visibility and user engagement.
- Manage social media strategy and content creation across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, and relevant professional communities.
- Plan, place, and manage digital advertising campaigns on targeted medical platforms (e.g., VuMedi, Orthobullets, and scientific society channels).
- Collaborate closely with clinical, product management, and sales teams to create compelling, compliant, and impactful digital content.
- Monitor and report on key digital performance metrics, using insights to continuously refine campaigns and strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline. Advanced degree or certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or content strategy are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive digital marketing experience, ideally within the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences sectors.
- Strong command of website management, SEO/SEM strategies, content marketing, and social media platform management.
- Experience managing digital ad campaigns, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights), and marketing automation platforms.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and content development skills with an ability to translate complex clinical topics into engaging, audience-appropriate content.
- Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
