Medical Education Manager - Orthopedics - Florida - 3254873
Our client is a, a surgeon-led, entrepreneurial company looking to disrupt the orthopedic segment with their innovative product portfolio. They are seeking an Education and Training Manager to join their growing team. You will be overseeing the full cycle of training and development for both the internal team and future and present clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 6+ years of experience training KOLs within the medical education segment, preferably in the orthopedic or trauma space.
- Previous success in building a network from the ground up in a new territory.
- Deep market intelligence, product knowledge, and clinical expertise.
- Excellent collaborator, able to work cross-functionally with internal teams to find creative solutions, and able to step in and get things done.
- Must be a confident decision maker, able to review data and adapt strategies accordingly.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all internal and external clinical training curricula from inception to execution, maintaining a curriculum database.
- Continuously gather feedback and adjust training programs, accordingly, always looking for ways to improve the training.
- Partner with Field Marketing Managers to gain insights on content for the training curriculum and completion of targeted activities.
- Develop and deliver educational presentations on our client’s products and services.
- Assist in the planning and execution of educational and sales events to boost business.
- Be the expert for educating internal team members, physicians, and hospital personnel, training on how to use the products, and being able to answer a wide array of questions about surgical applications, clinical techniques, etc.
