A publicly traded regenerative medicine innovator seeks a seasoned marketing professional to lead downstream strategies across its surgical wound care biologics portfolio. This is a high-impact role responsible for brand identity, product lifecycle management, go-to-market (GTM) execution, and cross-functional alignment across R&D, sales, and medical affairs. The company is actively scaling operations in both over-the-counter and surgical segments, with mobile wound care penetration accelerating nationally.
Ideal candidates will have experience marketing CTPs, skin substitutes, or biologics used in the operating room (OR) for acute and complex wound care. Experience launching at least 3 products is required, along with knowledge of placental-derived or perinatal tissue technology. This role is primarily downstream with a strategic emphasis on tactical execution, VOC gathering, and promotional differentiation.
