Director of Finance – Upscale Hotel, Miami

We’re recruiting for a Director of Finance who wants more than a seat behind spreadsheets. This is a leadership role where financial expertise meets strategy, influence, and visibility. You’ll own the financial engine of a vibrant property while partnering directly with ownership and executive teams to guide performance.

Ideal Profile

• Prior DOF or Assistant DOF experience in upscale or lifestyle hotels
• Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, with a sharp eye for detail
• Tech-savvy with hotel financial systems (Aptech, PV&G, or similar)
• Communicator who can present numbers with clarity and influence decision-making at the highest levels
