What You’ll Take Ownership Of

• Supporting the GM in leading floor operations during peak hours

• Coaching team members to move fast, stay accurate, and deliver strong guest engagement

• Monitoring food quality, portioning, and prep levels to maintain consistency

• Holding the team accountable to daily standards and operational expectations

• Keeping the store clean, aligned, and ready for volume

• Helping train and develop new team members while reinforcing the culture

• Managing shift-level labor awareness and cost control

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• You’ve worked in fast casual or very fast-paced QSR and know the demands

• You can confidently lead the floor during rush periods

• You communicate clearly and can redirect a team without friction

• You stay composed when it gets busy and can set the tone on the floor

• You’re coachable, hungry to grow, and ready to take on increased responsibility

• Nights and weekends are part of your rhythm, not an issue

Compensation Structure

• Competitive hourly rate in the low-to-mid 20s

• Bonus potential tied to performance
