Mechanical Engineer/Designer III (Jupiter, Florida)


This role is crucial to provide mechanical engineering consulting services for a variety of

clients in various sectors. The Mechanical Engineer will coordinate with other engineering disciplines and

construction personnel to provide mechanical engineering services for the full life cycle of projects, from

conceptual planning to completed construction. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work

closely with our leadership team, alongside architects, contractors, developers, and other consultants

to drive the company's growth in the MEP sector.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform heating and cooling load calculations, equipment selection, air distribution layout &

design.

• Reviews design project for code compliance.

• Identifies and selects equipment from appropriate manufacturing catalogs for specific

applications.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred

• 5- 10 years of commercial and residential MEP design experience

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD MEP Suite and Revit

• Chilled water and VAV system experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with other engineering

disciplines and construction personnel to complete tasks and meet project deadlines

• High attention to detail

• Strong ability to prioritize while utilizing time management skills in meeting deadlines.

• Strong work ethic with an affinity for rapid learning

• Great customer service

deadline.
