What You'll Do:

- Create detailed site plans, parking layouts, and subdivision designs

- Draw water mains, sewer systems, and stormwater management plans

- Collaborate with Project Managers to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget

- Process plans with government agencies for approvals

What You'll Need:

- High school diploma (Associate's degree in civil engineering preferred)

- 1+ year of land development experience

- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D and Microsoft Office Suite

- CAD certifications
