Architectural Designer
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of exciting projects, including commercial, healthcare, education, mixed-use, hospitality, municipal, and residential developments. You'll collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop innovative design solutions from concept through construction.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, design, and development of architectural projects from concept through construction.
- Prepare architectural drawings, renderings, and construction documents using Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and project team members.
- Participate in client meetings, design presentations, and project coordination meetings.
- Conduct site visits and assist with field observations as needed.
- Research building materials, products, and construction methods.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards.
- Support project managers with scheduling, documentation, and project deliverables.
- Revise drawings based on client feedback, consultant coordination, and construction requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- 2+ years of architectural design experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit required.
- Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Knowledge of construction documents, detailing, and building systems.
- Understanding of IBC, ADA, and local building codes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on commercial, healthcare, educational, mixed-use, or institutional projects.
- Experience creating 3D models and architectural renderings.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows.
- Progress toward architectural licensure is a plus.
